How to Locate the Aeron Fabric Code

For Aeron, the warranty label is placed beneath the seat. The fabric SKU typically appears at the very end of a long manufacturing code. (Aeron fabric codes typically start with: 23- or 3D-)

How to Locate the Embody Fabric Code

For Embody, the warranty label is typically found under the rounded top of the backrest. Look for a short alphanumeric code directly below the word FABRIC on the label. The Embody fabrics that we offer start with: 3S-, 1H-, 30-, or Z1-.

How to Locate the Leap Fabric Code

For Leap, the warranty label is placed on a white tag underneath the seat pan. The fabric SKU typically appears under the ‘Finishes’ label. (Softnext fabric codes typically start with: 5H-)

Fabric Code: 5S24
