  3. Postal or ZIP Code

  1. Shipping cost
  2. Estimated duties and taxes
These charges will be added to your total at checkout before you confirm and place your order, so there are no surprise fees later.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (Import Fees)

All applicable duties and taxes are estimated and collected at checkout based on your destination country and order value. These charges are:
  1. Forwarded directly to the shipping carrier
  2. Used to streamline customs processing
  3. Not retained by Atlas Headrest
This process is designed to prevent customs delays and ensure a smoother delivery experience.
Important Notes:
  1. The duties and taxes shown at checkout are estimates. Due to currency exchange fluctuations, there may be a slight discrepancy between the estimated amount paid and the actual amount assessed by customs.
  2. If your carrier or local customs office contacts you with a small balance due prior to delivery, this is considered normal.

Refused International Deliveries

If an international shipment is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for:
  1. Outbound shipping
  2. Return shipping
  3. Any additional fees charged by the carrier

These charges are non-refundable and can be significant.
