At Atlas Headrest, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and that’s why we offer a straightforward return policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you need assistance with exchanging your headrest—whether it's for a different color, material, or a single part—we're happy to help you get the right fit. 
Please Contact Us and include the following information to get started:
  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of what you'd like to exchange (e.g., "I ordered Graphite but need Carbon")
  3. (Optional): Attach a photo or video to help us better understand the issue.
Once we receive the requested information, our team will review your request and follow up promptly to assist with your exchange and ensure you get exactly what you need.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

We offer a full merchandise refund for returned items. However, please note the following shipping and fee policies based on your location:
Domestic Orders (U.S.)
  1. Original shipping is free, so your refund will include the full product price.
  2. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
    1. You may choose to:
      1. Pay your own return shipping at the carrier of your choice.
      2. Or request a pre-paid return label from us. If you choose this option, the cost of the return label (typically between $14.99 and $19.99, depending on distance) will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
  1. The original shipping fee and any import taxes/VAT paid are not refundable. (These costs are charged by your country or carrier, not Atlas Headrest.)
  2. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we do not offer pre-paid return labels for international orders at this time.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 12 days for returns to process. Additionally, remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
