Shipping Information for Atlas Headrest Orders

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days, excluding U.S. holidays. Please note that selecting a faster shipping method does not accelerate order processing time.

  • Lead-Time Estimates: If you have a specific delivery deadline, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to get a current estimate. Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions, occasional short delays may occur.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Speeds

  • Carrier Delivery Times: Most shipping options—such as USPS Priority Mail (1-, 2-, or 3-day)—do not guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe. If your delivery is time-sensitive, take this into consideration when selecting your carrier at checkout.

Packaging and Security

  • Branded Packaging: Our packages display the Atlas Headrest brand name. If this raises any concerns for package safety or discretion, you may request plain packaging or a different delivery address before your order ships.

  • Package Theft: We regret that Atlas Headrest cannot be held responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If theft is a concern, consider requesting “Signature Required Upon Delivery” during checkout.

International Shipping

  • Duties and Taxes: For international orders, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address. These charges are:

    1. Automatically added to your total at checkout
    2. Forwarded to the shipping carrier
    3. Used to facilitate customs clearance and reduce delays
            Atlas Headrest does not retain any portion of these fees.
            This process helps ensure that your package can move through customs efficiently and reach you without interruption.

Understanding Import Fees
Import fees are estimated at checkout based on your destination country's policies and the value of your order. Due to exchange rate fluctuations or local customs assessments, the final amount charged by customs may vary slightly.
  1. If your carrier or customs office contacts you about a small balance due before delivery, this is considered normal.
  2. If the amount they request seems excessive or comparable to what you already paid at checkout, please Contact Us so we can investigate on your behalf.
Note: These fees are not imposed or collected by Atlas Headrest. They are determined by your local government and are required for international delivery.
  • Refused Deliveries: If an international order is refused at delivery, the customer will be liable for all outbound and return shipping charges, which may be significant.

Delivery Issues and Delays

  • Delivery Confirmation: If the selected carrier marks your order as “Delivered,” it is considered delivered and in the buyer’s possession. Ensure the shipping address provided is secure and monitored.

  • Order Delays: If your order hasn’t shipped within 5 business days, please Contact Us. Fulfillment for certain products can take up to 2 weeks due to high demand, unique color selections, or address confirmation issues.
