Processing Time
- Order Processing: Our goal is to ship your order within 2 business days, excluding U.S. holidays. Please note that your choice of shipping carrier or delivery speed does not impact the time it takes to prepare and process your order.
- Lead-Time Estimates: If you have a critical delivery time, please contact us before placing your order to get an estimate of the current lead-time. Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions, short delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery Speeds
- Carrier Delivery Times: It’s important to understand that very few shipping options come with guaranteed delivery times. For example, USPS Priority Mail (1, 2, or 3-day) often exceeds its estimated delivery time. If timely delivery is crucial, please consider this when selecting your shipping method.
Packaging and Security
- Branded Packaging: Our packaging displays our brand name on the outside, so please give careful consideration to the delivery address and the delivery company you choose. If you have concerns about package security, feel free to request discreet packaging or change the delivery address to a more secure location before we ship your order.
- Package Theft: Unfortunately, package theft is an issue that we all despise. Atlas Headrest is not liable if tracking shows "Delivered" and the package is stolen from your porch, mailbox, or any other delivery drop-off location. To enhance security, you can request "Signature Required Upon Delivery" when placing your order.
International Shipping
- Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are your responsibility to pay upon delivery. These costs are not included in the shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery Issues
- Tracking and Delivery Confirmation: If the delivery service chosen provides proof of delivery marked as "Delivered," this indicates that the order is considered to be in the buyer's possession. Please make sure that the address provided is secure and that someone is available to receive the package.
- Shipping Delays: If your order is taking more than 5 business days to ship and you would like to check on the status, please Contact Us. Orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship due to factors such as delivery address errors or confirmation of less common colors.
